I dont know what to think about this whole thing. What the DA did was totally idiotic and sad very very sad. While those stupid rich kids should have known better, they still shouldnt have there lives ruined because a DA saw a way to move up in the world.

The problem is, the only "racist" issue was when people didn't believe the girl.

The media didn't portray much racism when a black stripper tried to get money from some rich white kids.

The Rutgus B-Ball girls say they're "scarred for life" for something they didn't even hear first hand. Good hell.

The Duke Boys, now that's scarred for life. No matter if the case is dropped or not, there are millions of people who still believe the girl.

The 3 Men should go after the DA...I hope they do go after the DA, and I hope they fry his *ss. He is potentially in a lot of trouble, as he should be, and not just from his victims.

"Tough on crime" legislation sounds good in principle, but people should keep in mind that removing discretion from judges allows out of control DA's the power to ruin petty criminals, and even innocent people, for life. That's a problem. As we have time and again, some DA's couldn't care less if they prosecute innocent people.
