This was on Hannity and Colmes tonight. Have you been watching Fox? It turns out that Travolta acknowledges he isn't a very good spokesman for the cause, so he isn't a hypocrite. I doubt that fact will cause many to cut him any slack on his inconsistent message, not that he deserves one.

There is a book called: "Do as I say, Not as I do" that talks all about these things:

Well, I know how much we all respect and admire the folks in the entertainment field. I personally look to them, as well as the politicians, for guidance in my daily life. In fact, I plan to start barnstorming with Al Gore, just as soon as I get my fifth jet. :blahblah: :blahblah:

It's almost impossible to be wealthy and have any kind of bona fide perspective. Money corrupts all the senses.

I agree with you Richard. That being said, I'd like to experience it. What a rush or at least great way to lose touch. :haha:

"Clocking up at least 30,000 flying miles in the past 12 months means he has produced an estimated 800 tons of carbon emissions

Oh, and for what it's worth, I do not consider Travolta any kind of a spokesman for environmentalism. I consider him a d!ckhead.
