Tech~Burning video files to DVD

Anyone know of a good freeware program to convert video files like divx, flv to DVD-Video for burning?

I have used "Total Video Converter" to do some video conversions. I have not tried to convert to dvd format but it looks like it may work.

Ah, too bad it's only free for an evaluation period.

But I was able to convert from .flv to a DVD Mpeg successfully. When I burned it using this program the DVD didn't work...I'm going to try burning it with a different program. I know the file it created works fine though. Pretty cool!

I don't think mine is an "evaluation copy" and I beleive I just downloaded it from that same link. But I don't remember? I know I didn't pay anything for it though.
