New Garmin 60CSx whoohoo

Just received my new GPS which I ordered from Off The Beaten Path. UPS just delivered it so I am still unpacking and sorting. So here are a couple pics. I also ordered a carry case, second MicroSD card two trail maps and the RAM handle bar mount.

Those Micro SD cards are pretty sweet. 29 bucks for 1GB!

Oh yeah. And the MicroSD card came with an SD card adapter so I can plug it into my laptop or whereever.

Still trying to figure out all the buttons. The instructional DVD won't arrive until next week sometime. Hopefully, before the Moab trip.

Good choice, they're a real good unit. Take the manual and go out and play with it, hands on is much better than an a DVD.

You can get them cheaper than that on Ebay (around $10.00-$15.00)
in fact I just picked one up for 11.51

I took it out to the desert this weekend. After using it for several hours I read the Getting Started leaflet. Started reading the manual but zzzzzzz. Oh yeah it worked sweet and I mounted it to the handlebar of my ATV.
