Well, I took Scott Patterson's advice, and went out and bought a Dodge.

Picked it up for $11K at HatchCo in Layton. I really like these guys, they're genuine.

So, it's a V8, 5.9L Quad Cab. We're happy with it.

Of course, the first day we're driving it, the signal has a slight malfunction, so we panic and thought we bought a total lemon. All fears and dementia were settled after we had somebody do a full inspection on it though.

Now I'll be able to drive a little more on those road trips. :cool2:

So apparently it's only slightly a lemon?

Seriously, though, have fun with it and - yeah - get it dirrrrty!

I wonder if Scott Patterson will ever live down his post about Dodge trying to kill him.

My neighbor has a truck like this that he's just getting rid of. He has some rediculous amount of miles (like 180K) on his 1999.

Way to go. Crew cabs are AWESOME!!!!!
