It is too bad, because even though the diner owner was in the right in defending his property, killing someone will have a great effect on your life. So even though he was defending himself, I doubt he will have any carefree days for a long time.

I don't know about that. This is apparently the SECOND time he has done this. That is two notches on the gun barrel for this guy. A couple more and they will make a movie about him.

Somebody killing you would have an even greater effect on your life. I'd prefer not to be on the receiving end, and I'm sure the diner owner feels the same way. I'm sure it's no picnic having to kill somebody who's pointing a gun at you, but it's got to be better than the alternative.

Cops killed a drug dealer in WVC last night too. Story is on KSL.

:roflol:

I'll go to that movie.

My sister-in-law is an FBI agent. There have been a few times where people in her office have had to shoot and kill people. These were horrible people who were threatening their lives, but taking a life is not a small thing. Not even when you are in the right.

I hope this guy is able to just disregard what he had to do, but it seems like most people would struggle with it.

The video must have been taken down. I was able to rip off some still images though, exclusively for uutah.com. :lol8:

I've even added the appropriate captions for each photo.

Actually waiting for this whole thing to end so he can go into the store and buy a donut.

And he probably didn't want to get hit by a stray bullet :ne_nau:

Nah, you can see in this photo that it's just an old folks' car, probably a Lincoln Town Car.

After my hike and the run in with the treed lion a few weeks ago, I am going to get my permit. If i carry it around town a lot, that will just depend.
