How is one of our biggest government contract companies going to move it's headquarters abroad? I feel that they should no longer receive any government contracts, even if they do still have offices in Texas.

While the experiment in Iraq appears doomed to failure, the self-initiated experiment in the UAE is going gangbusters. If this Haliburton move helps strengthen our ties with Dubai then I'm all for it.
