Here's something fairly unusual for the record books.

For every month for the past 5 months we have recorded at least -20F or colder. Ususally three months is more normal. The first sub -20F was on November 30 when the temperature was -27F. The last (hopefully the last) was on March 3 at -20F.

Five months in a row seems fairly unusual even around here. Our coldest of the season was -42 on January 15.

I'd just like to chime in here and say that global warming is believed to be a much more complex and vexing issue than just warmer temperature everywhere all the time.

Here we go again with GW     I wonder if the dinosaurs felt this way when it was happening to them  I wonder if they parked their Hummers and walked to work :roflol:

Yesterday was in the 50's and today's high was 19, could this be GW :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: :eek2: No, it's normal for us to have that kind of swing in temps this time of year. But, the cold can't hold on now around here with the days getting longer. I bet it will be warmer tomorrow :2thumbs:

I do feel for ya Scott, that is too damn cold for me. Maybe 10 years ago it may not have bothered me, but now...no freakin' way :lol8: :lol8:
