This was held in the Union Station on 25th street and Wall Ave in Ogden this weekend.

Model trains are one of my little hobbies, so I went to check it out.

Some of these model tracks were 80ft long. It was interesting to see about 8 operators run on the same tracks. Pretty high tech controls now.

Admission was $5.

Cool Stuff! Its been a long time since I have been to a train show. My boys arent into it anymore and Ive been thinking about unloading all my old trains & stuff...really old trains, 30 years old some of it! but theyve been in a box for years and I dont really know what kind of shape theyre in. It was fun while we did it though. Had a corner of the basement dedicated to the 'mountain' and storing the trains. Good times!

I just read an article on Friday about the resurgence in popularity of model trains. What a coincodence. It looks like a good time.
