This past Saturday I was in down town SLC. I was walking back to my pick-up and talking to my mom on my cell phone. I saw a young punk open my pickup door and get in. He was looking for something to steel. I yelled at him you B@ST@RD Get out of my truck. He got out and put up both fists and offered to do me bodily harm. Still holding the cell phone to my ear, I just told him the cops were on the way and he better run. He did. I would have called the police but I was too embarrassed because my Mother had just heard me cuss.

That is crazy! Salt Lake has always been a little different than Provo, but those kinds of things used to never happen and in the last couple of years it has become very frequent. I really miss the way Utah used to be.
