New UUTAH forum

I would like to suggest a UUTAH forum for runners, marathoners, trail runners, ultra distance runners etc. I know there would be some interest amongst are UUTAH members. I happen to be a avid runner and would love read about others who share my love for the sport. A forum for triathletes would be cool too.

I'd second that. I don't really consider trail running hiking, and it would be great to have a forum where us runners could trade trail tips, etc.

A couple of months ago I was asking around on this site about triathlons. Maybe this thread could attract more running athletes??? Worst case scenario it doesn't get used and you delete it later.

I would be all for it. We would prolly have to run a poll or something. Really we need to know how much it will get used. Of course some of the current topics don't get much traffic tho. If you all have friends that are into this sport and would sign up and use the forum too? hmmm...that might work.

Yeah, I know a few runners as well.

We just need to get a few topics and threads going involving these things, then we can move them to a new forum.

Until then, it just looks bad with a new forum opening and only a couple of threads.

What if we had a misc. sport forum (it could include: running, discgolf, cliff-jumping???, etc.) and if one of those activities really took off, it could get it's own forum.
