My 17 year old sister-in-law introduced me to Regina Spektor. This music may actually cater to teenage girls more than outdoors adults, but I really like the song. So I thought I'd share it.
(The video is just okay. I actually just like the song)

P.S. I realize that I will probably be blasted for sharing this, and I'm okay with that. You guys know how I am. When I like something, I enjoy sharing it.

This song is actually quite different from the rest of her stuff - it's much "pop-ier" I think she's pretty good.
I bought a friend this CD for Christmas. I was tempted to unwrap it, rip it, then re-shrink wrap it. I decided against it though.

Have you heard her song "US". It is also a little faster than a lot of her music but I like it too. "US" is a little different but so is she
It sounds cool when she says "heart" and "fall" and she does different notes. I like it, while we are confessing, I like the Spice Girls :roflol: . My wife hates them and I cant figure out why.

:haha: That's awesome!
The other day I saw that Spice World was on TV. I was happy to watch it because I thought they were hot and I wanted to that movie. I watched maybe 2 mins but I couldn't take any more.
Ya, as a teenager I thought they were cute. Now I'm wiser and know better, I just genuinly like the music.

Hey, it's that Hare Krishna festival!
I really like the sound of this. I'll be looking into more of her material.
Thanks, DiscGo!

I watched the first 20 seconds of this, and I felt like pooping in my pants.

Beech- You gotta' watch the first 90 seconds. If you don't like the chorus, I understand but that is the best part.
I heard this song today on the radio, 103.9

It's excellent - very witty! I liked the "May God strike me dead! *cough* *hack* *choke* - that's weird..." thing.
Back to Regina - I've been listening to both "Eleven Eleven" and "Begin to Hope" a whole lot. Excellent albums. The newer one (Begin to Hope) is much more "accessible" - it's where the two vids you brought came from.
I burned mp3s of these albums, and listened to them all the way down to Seattle and back (6 hours of driving) when flying to Vegas this past week.
I'm even planning to buy the actual CD (*gasp!*) tomorrow, while we're out shopping for a new dishwasher - old one packed it in while I was gone. (Mutter, mutter, only 9 years old, mutter)
