I have found Zillow isn't very accurate. I "do" real estate for a living and their numbers are extremely ball park. Just be aware. :nod:

Just an FYI about Zillow's accuracy and info being current: I put my address in the search, and it comes up as a photo of a lot still under construction and no value. I have been living in my home 2 yrs next month.

Yes, my home is undervalued by quite a bit. I remodled top to bottom and that doesn't show up anywhere.

Mine is over valued, I also noticed some of the stats are off. Like my sisters house has the wronge sq footage and wrong number of rooms etc.

Not very accurate.

hmmm...shows my house at 320k -lovely. however, my neighbor's house - 500sq ft larger than mine - 264k. Of course no pictures - we've only been there 1.5 years.
