Did anyone get a Salt River permit? Got my rejection notice. Looks like the snowpack will allow at least a short season. Would love to join a trip, if someone did get a permit. And, this is one of the few rivers that allows a permit to be transferred, so if you're not going to use your permit, I'd like a chance to pick it up.

Sorry its not an invite or a permit to take, just thought I'd talk about it.
I got a rejection, but a buddy drew for April 6th and gave us an invite. However, flows are a big IF. The Salt River Outfitters aren't even taking customers this year. We've decided that if it's below 800 we (not the Arizonians, just the Utahns) won't be going... if that ends up being the case, hopefully we'll draw next year and there'll be some wa wa

I was able to get a permit. We floated the Salt March 13-16. We launched at 750 cfs. The flow came up a bit while we were on the river. Unfortunately, most of the spikes are in the middle of the night. Six of us paddled two rafts. We had a great trip. Incredible weather and the Salt is always one of my favorites. Trip report at:
