What happened to SARS?

Do you remember the SARS scare a few years ago? It was supposed to be the new incurable disease. Musicians were canceling concerts in Montreal CA because there was a case or two up there.

Anyways, my theory, the SARS scare ended right about the same time that Saddam Hussein was found in that hole.

That is an interesting theory. What I read on Wikipedia stated the SARS epidemic as ending in July (Saddam was caught in Dec.) but Saddam's sons (Uday and Qusay) were captured in that July (the same time the disease went away).

Yeah, he was caught in December, but I think the media was still talking about it pretty heavily until then.
