I've seen that car in person, and it's quite impressive. I ran into it (and the owner) at the launch of "Spaceship One" in June 2004. That was a major freak show. The guy was dressed in full Jedi garb. I have some video of him giving a tour of the car and its features. His name was Shawn, so the license plate gave me a good laugh (Obi Shawn). The interior is tricked out also, with an all digital dash and a sweet "Kit" style steering wheel. The guy was a set or prop designer and had worked on one of the Star Trek series.

Looks like he's done some work to it since then.
