Sweet greyhair! That is what I call dedication! Hey do you do the Frozen Hog in Alpine, Utah? Bruce from Utahmtnbiking holds that gig. If I was closer than 700 miles away, I would love to do it. Anybody got some free room and board for a San Diegian running the Frozen Hog? hahaha :haha:

Ya know, I would recommend heading to the course prior to raceday to get a feel for it. Just post, or shoot bruce an private message asking about the day to day conditions, and which day might be ok to ride it. :ride: :cold:

Nice bike! Right now I'm riding my brother's old GT I-drive while I'm waiting for Trek to warranty my bike. I broke the swing arm on it, which is a point of pride for me, even though it is a cross-country bike with a design flaw that makes it susceptible to breaking.
Anyway, I love my brother's GT. It inspires confidence in downhill, blazes through straight-aways, and climbs great. In a way, I'm glad I broke my Trek because I'm riding a much better and more fun bike now.
PS- I also noticed how clean your bike looks, so don't feel bad having to ride in snow. At least it keeps your bike looking shiny on the trail. :cool2:
PPS-Good luck @ Frozen Hog :cool2:

Thanks all around! I like the I drive...built the last two from the ground up 'cause I like the geometry...and I could DO it.
