I'm looking for a new day pack which would also let me go for an overnighter. Something around 2000 cu in. If you've got something you'd be willing to sell me let me know. If you've got a recommendation let me have it also.

This is what I use for a day pack, and I love it.

at 1862 in3, it may not be big enough for an overnighter.

I have an Osprey Aether 45 I love for a couple of nights out, and it has a roll down top similar to a dry bag to make a large day pack. It weighs about 3 lbs, cons are no inside pockets, and the mesh pockets outside are awkwardly placed. However I love the suspension on it, and it is a tough pack, bushwacking and dragging it up cliffs on the end of a cord, no rips, tears or problems. I think the capacity of mine is around 2800 cu.

You can shop around; I've seen it as low as 50 bucks on some of the backcountry outlets.

keep checking and they will have a goodie for sure. When the current item is sold out they put a new item up.
They had a sweet 3000ci marmot pack up there yesterday for 50 bucks.

I check in at S&C occasionally, wish I could check it throughout the day. I've still got time so I'll keep my eyes open for a good deal.
