That's the Brits for you.

Did you know you can't legally watch TV over there without a license? You buy a TV, plug it in, watch it, but it's not legal until you get a permit.

You should have seen the "anti TV piracy" commercials over there. It had people leaning over another's shoulder to read their copy of the newspaper, instead of buying their own. Kinda sounds like the Movie Industry's tactics. :roll:

14. It's possible for a human to blow up balloons via the ear. A 55-year-old factory worker from China reportedly discovered 20 years ago that air leaked from his ears, and he can now inflate balloons and blow out candles.
