Anyone know where I can find windproof baselayer clothing? I'm looking at getting a new cycling jersey, but it'll cost $80 or more. I'd like to find windproof undies (specifically the tops) that could be worn for a variety of activities....suggestions?

BIG 5 has the wilson brand base layer ( comprable to underarmor) that works well and isnt an arm and a leg$$$

I usually go for the brandless stuff or something on sale. I just search for windstoppper and choose from there. If you are anywhere near St. George head to the Outdoor Outlet. They have unadvertised stuff like that in the store all the time at great prices.

An example of a windstopper search results

Here is a good one. $30 --- sounds like you can move in them and they have wicking and windstopper qualities.

The folks at Bingham's suggested some stuff (not underarmor), but I can't remember what it's called. I was too cold when I rode in to the shop to do anything but point and grunt.
