It's like gaming hardware industries, big companies go head to head, dropping the prices and trying to outdo each other. But in the long run the consumer is the one that benefits from the ongoing price/features war.

The same concept is here. I am glad FF is around to give the competition for Microsoft. Otherwise, we'd still be surfing on IE4.

I think both releases are great and it's a matter of personal preference to chose the right browser for each person.

I personally still use FF2, even though I do have IE7 installed.
