I agree it's ridiculous that 5 years later, it's still a hole in the ground.

But why is he blaming the President for this? I would think it's up to the state of New York, or even the City to get off their butt.

You know what's funny? If Bush took control and built something there, it would enrage this very same dude, because he would think Bush was overstepping his boundaries.
