I have been on the site for a while and posting for less than a month, but I find this community like minded as myself. I was just wondering if you guys just bs all day on the forums and exchange pics, or do you do outings together?

There have been BBQs at parks and even organized rides.

I never met anyone though.

We would LOVE to meet each other, and BBQ's at the park are good, but TRIPS are better. :cool2:

Unfortunately, with this crowd, we have to plan about 2 months ahead for a uutah BBQ. Then, we hope it doesn't collide with a planned outing adventure.

The canyoneering crew does pretty decent on meeting up, and a few of us bikers have met up as well. Maybe we should plan a BBQ for september. Either the weekend before or after Labor Day would reduce the chance of conflicting plans.

I've met a couple dozen canyoneering partners on this site..... but then again....

I'm a canyon slut. :lol8:

acca, I guess you have a point, I mean looking at SomBeoch's sig I am not sure I want to meet him but then at the same time I am mysteriously drawn to him.....weird stuff man! :eek2:

This is going to be a bad summer for me:

House just sold (good, but cuts into my play time)
Brother in town, out of the blue
2 kids under age 3
Wife out of town twice in the next two months
Week in VA coming up in August

Looks like I'll mostly be riding my bike.
