Sooooo, what do the Uutah folk do to stay in shape?? Running, hiking, biking, the gym, having lots of unprotected sex??
I usually run a couple days a week, and squeeze in two mtn bike rides on the weekend, besides that, I do pushups and/or curls, and that is it really.

I don't live near where I like to hike, so I can't hike as much as I would like. There are some nice little mountains about two hours to my west where I like to hike sometimes. There's not much of a trail system, so my friends and I make it up as we go. Here it is...

My other main form of exercise in the warm months is, believe it or not, yard work, since I help care for 13 acres. I like it a lot. I also carry a 15-pound camera bag, sometimes with additional lenses like my 400mm (6 pounds), so my job gets me some movement, too.
My wife has a Total Gym 1000 (endorsed by Chuck Norris, and Chuck was born in the same place as Abby: Ryan, Oklahoma) that she has me move around once in a while, hoping she will find the place where she will use it.

I do it by the usual redgiment of my day. Running about 5 miles in the morning. Working on tanks all day. (Which is a pain in the arse) Then I have a Gazelle and a pro form at the house that I keep in shape by dusting off every once in a while. The wife uses them though.

Oh, I'd do them doubleugly twins in a heartbeat. I've never been known for my standards.
Oh, and I selected cycling. I don't have much time for excercise, so its my primary method. RHM in the upper 40's, perfect BP, good cholesterol. I could stand to lose another 15-20lbs, but I like my beer too much....
