....miles....is the distance from my house in WJC to the 4-way stop on Traverse Ridge (Suncrest) and back. Out via 700 E back on 2700 W. 2hrs 40 mins for about a 17mph average. I've discovered that I'm in really horrific climbing shape....5-6mph average up the climb! I was appalled. Trying to sell a house, raise small children, and support my wife's home business has put a damper on my serious riding this year....
