...because my LORTAB has just kicked in. :jump_nutt:
It makes me want to tell everybody how much I appreciate them, and how everything's gonna work out fine.

I've had back spasms the last few days, 'cause of my posture at work. Apparently, when I'm on uutah.com, I try to make it look like I'm working. This is NOT ergonomic friendly.
:haha:

Have I mentioned I love you all?

Yeah, those are actually supposed to keep your muscles toned up. I just may try it. Who do you think sells these... a sports store, or an office store?

I knew ya loved me. :naughty: At last.....you admit it! :lol8:

Try a store called Relax the Back. Kinda pricey on some things, but perfect furniture and such for a bad back whether at home or work.

So you're riding the Lori-train! Woowoo!

I have one of those exercise balls. I got mine at Shopko on sale - $8.

My wife has one of those exercise balls...... its collecting dust in the corner. :ne_nau:

At least with her universal gym and stair master she gets some use.... she hangs clothes on them to dry.

I just bought one of those high-back leather executive chairs instead.

...because somebody's gotta be in charge.

If they're hanging on the top step, do you turn it on so they'll descend down to you? :2thumbs:
