My son and I will be staying in Monticello next week and will be
hiking as much as we can in the area. I need an opinion: is it worth
our time to hike the trails in the Blue Mountains? My Manti-La Sal map
shows a network of trails up there, and since we are staying quite
close, I though it might be worth a day. Also, how are the roads up
there? Suitable for passenger cars? It might be nice and cool at 11k.
Other items I want to show him are:
-Ring Arch and Tower Arch in Arches.
(He saw Delicate Arch and Devils Garden on the wedding trip...

-Ding-Dang Canyons in the Swell, which I wanted to hike in March but was rained out.
-Corona Arch
-Fisher Towers
-Mule Canyon @ Cedar Mesa
-Butler Wash @ Cedar Mesa
-The Needles in Canyonlands (some fraction of it)
Any other ideas?
