Is it against our UUtah principles to promote a little capitalism here?

What do all of you do?

I work for a company that specializes in value added media distribution. "What does that mean?" you ask. Well . . .

Just for example, if a car dealership spends $40,000 a month on TV and radio advertising, they generally get about $20,000 worth of advertising exposure. This is because radio and TV is very expensive and their reps are generally just trying to squeeze people for every dollar they have.

Our firm is able, through a top-secret buying method, to get the same dealership about $60,000 to $80,000 worth of exposure without raising that $40,000 budget. We basically get our media for pennies on the dollar. Our media buyers are also experts on when to advertise, who to advertise at, and what works.

We don't do creative or production of the ads. That's an area that we can refer people to.

We do work for car dealerships, furniture stores, gas stations, flooring companies, carpet cleaners, etc. Anyone that advertises, and especially media dependent businesses are perfect candidates to partner with us. We won't work with anyone if we can't increase his advertising exposure.

Well, that's me. What do you do?

Air Traffic Control. I have those flashlights with orange things on the end, and point at where the airplanes should go. Kind of link in Airplane, where they sent the jet taxiing into the terminal building.

Kidding. About the flashlights. I do work as an air traffic controller - not kidding about that part. I work at Vancouver International Airport Control Tower. I honestly love my job - a great location, beautiful view, good people, and rewarding work.

A photo I took of the tower while out flying a couple of months ago:

Hey, I'm finishing my basement, and pondering a home theater system down there. Do you need any plumbing fixtures? (jetted tubs, nicer toilet, new faucet or kitchen sink for the wife)

I just finished building a house and I don't need anything right now. However, the house we're in is an investment house and we'll be building again in a few years. If you're interested in working something out I'd love to see what we could come up with.

I pimp out Hoes....

I'm a testing engineer who is primarily responsible for trying to make motors catch fire and break gears in gearboxes. I'm also responsible for figuring out how to program a data acquisition system to control various instruments and actuators as well as measure numerous temperatures, forces, displacements, accelerations, etc. I'm also the only guy here who can write a PLC program.

I've also been know to pimp myself out for such services, computer and electronics repair and rework, and local quick turn calibration of voltmeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters.

I guess male escort services would also be available for an additional charge. :2thumbs:

I suggest staying out of my line of work, you don't want me to have Boris and friends pay you a visit because you've been cutting in on my turf.

Pimpin Hoes is totally overrated anyway.
