I am heading out tomorrow afternoon on the BMW. First big road trip and I will see how my ass handles 600 miles in two days. Just topped it off with 4 quarts of the high dollar synthetic stuff and a filter.

We will motor out to Panguitch to camp. Sat we will head through Bryce and on through to Torrey and wander back home. Monday I will find a place to fire up a BBQ and throw on some dogs. :2thumbs:

Calf Creek with the wife, kid and the in-laws. We will also stop over in Bryce for a day. My in-laws have lived in Utah their whole lives and have never been to Southern Utah, except to Moab once and that was on three years ago. :doh:

I usually avoid the outdoors on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor day. Luckily, I am allowed to move that weekday off for the holiday to a different weekday where everyone else will be at work!

What are you going to cook? Where will you keep all the food? Is that 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners?

I'll be fishing Friday night.

Work on the deck Saturday. Take off for a hike through snow and mud in the Uinta's with the wife and kid.

Sit around Sunday.

Monday I'll be helping my brother siding his house. Hopefully work on my deck. More fishing if I get lucky. Then a BBQ with the whole fam damily.

I actually love the Bellagio but honestly, I'm a Rio man, seriously not that there is this nudie bar directly across the street or anything but I've just found the Rio very, very accomidating, large rooms, great seafood buffet, decent gambling (never lost my fur coat) and MrsHammer freaking loves it. End O Sentence.

I'm drinking heavily all weekend, playing in a golf tourny monday, camping next weekend.

LJ, $2 to $5 on 25, trust me... I've had 5 friends hit it randomly, passers by.

This is the Memorial Day weekend? I assumed it was the same weekend as our Victoria Day (last weekend -wherein we celebrate the birthday of a queen from another century, and another country - one against which we never got around to rebelling, and instead waited patiently for a negotiated parting of ways - overly polite Canadians).

Well, I'm doing some chores and errands on Saturday, working early Sunday morning (freakin' 5:30 AM start time) then packing up to leave on...

Early Monday morning - flying to UTAH for the rest of the week. Me, my backpack, tent, etc. spending 4 nights and 3 fabulous full days with the lovely Dark Canyon.

Plenty stoked, I am.
