Yeah, well, drinking a case of beer a day will do that to you!

Seriously, what has been your approach to trying to lose some poundage? I know you mentioned it awhile ago. I can sum it up pretty easily for you. Watch your caloric intake, stop/cutback on soda/coffee/drinks, stop eating late at night, and do whatever cardio (more than a bike) that you can. Preferrably, running, eliptical, stairmaster, and so on.

Or you could just forgo all that start smoking crack, that always seems to help. Ever see a fat crack whore/man? Didn't think so! :2thumbs:

Actually, I've lost about 7lbs in the last couple of weeks. Riding to work 2 times a week, and hitting a weekly trail is helping.

I've given up on trying to tame my eating habits. I'm going to try the "Bike alot, Eat alot" diet - author: Sombeech.
