Louisiana's State Quarter representing the festivities of Mardi Gras. Just an FYI......the locals DO NOT do such as this......only the tourists make such fools out of themselves. :lol8:

(also....this is not the real state quarter in case anyone was wondering!) :haha:

really how much of the image did you actually see. are they allowed to show nudity if it's on a quarter?

I can't remember. It was actually on there last year. And then, it was circulating in email, but it was one of those animated GIF images, that had her lifting up the shirt. Pretty funny.
