One of my really good friends just moved from Salt Lake to Sacramento
and is bugging me about coming out to visit for a week in August. If
I go out there we would like to do some canyons. Anyone have any
beta on No. Cal canyons? I've seen photo's but nothing giving much
info on where they are or how difficult. The routes I know of and am
very interested in are:

Opho - Snakepit

Lower Jump

Rock Creek

Seven Teacups (this one might be too far south?)

North Kings Canyon

Any other good routes out there? Anyone willing to give me some beta?

You can reply here or sideband ericgodfrey AT gmail DOT com

Thanks.

Eric.

Here is a cool California link. It's to a spread sheet that provides a bunch of info on California Canyons. The best part is the spread sheet provides a link to detailed beta and map of each route. Not sure how much of this is NoCal stuff.

You will need Microsoft Excel to open the spread sheet.
