This is regarding yesterday's I-15 Riverdale incident, which has been the 4th truck carrying apples to tip over on this overpass.

Yesterday, another semi truck carrying apples was driving southbound on I-15, went to connect to I-84, and went off the overpass, landing BACK ON I-15 southbound traffic. This is the 4th truck carrying apples to do this, in the SAME SPOT! :eek2:

In 1999, three trucks carrying apples spilled or tipped over in one three-week period.

Here is a live Traffic Cam I thought we could watch out for the next apple truck, and see it happen live. :haha:

Those Ukranians will travel great lengths to get apples.
So, why do apple carriers keep going on this bridge? If I even have just one apple in my car I just keep traveling down to I-80. I'm not going to risk it. I've never trusted apples. I've always said they were shifty.

This is an awesome phenomenon to me. Of all the things that trucks carry, why is it always apples at this location.

Another semi truck carrying apples has just turned over on this same bridge tonight.

I was actually caught in the traffic jam caused in 1999 by one of these accidents. It was classic. The truck (carrying apples) that fell off of the overpass landed on I-15 and was hit by another truck carrying apples.

Proof that God has a sense of Humor right there. :nod:
