Ski demo day at Mountain Dell
The second annual TUNA (The Utah Nordic Alliance) demo day is Sunday (January 1, 2005) from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mountain Dell Golf Course in Parleys Canyon. Gear makers from Atomic, TOKO, Fischer, Rossingnol, Madshus, Salamon, Alpine, Swix and others will allow visitors to try their equipment on the track. The event is free, but a $5 track fee is required.
Free 30-minute classic and skate ski lessons will be held in a group format for beginners and intermediates on the hour between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Visit http://www.utahnordic.com to confirm the location - and for more information.
