Okay, Rain or shine, UUTAH's first anal BBQ, this Wednesday 10/19/05 7:30 PM at Dogwood in BCC. Bring your friends, your beef, your um . . stuff.

I'm bringing firewood, some extra soda, and my dinner, as well as a tiny grill that will barely handle a couple burgers, so . .

If you want to pitch in, someone should bring some chips, mormon jello things, etc. Bring your own utensils/plates and your own beef. I don't know if there are charcoal grills up there, so if anyone wants to volunteer a grill that would be grrrrrrrreat!

I believe you're allowed to drink up there, but I'm not sure. If you plan on getting trashed, just bring a driver (not the golfing kind).

I'll get there a little early if i can and try to find us a good spot. Look for the white F150 featured in the Alcatraz TR.

I have my propane grill in the garage that I can bring up. It is kind of a bitch to put in the back of the 4Runner but I'll do it unless someone with a pickup wants to swing by the Murray area on the way up.

I know man. I've been thinking of how I can make it. I work in SLC, but I live up north. I could stay down a little late, but I've got 3 assignments kickin' my arse, and it's mid-terms this week. Plus I've got commitments 3 other nights this week, and I've got to learn a guitar piece for a performance on Sunday. OUCH!! I feel like giving up sometimes...

I really would like to make it though. If I do, it will be for 15 minutes, and it will be a last minute decision. We'll see...

Well 4 (fourtycal, price1869, James_B_Wads2000 and myself) of us attended this intimate gathering. We cooked steaks ate salads, cookies, and had a small fire. Good to meet everyone and I can report that no guns were drawn. :haha: Price had to split early to go hop some boulders or something. :lol8:
I had my camera but didn't take any pictures..... :ne_nau: If you wanted to see it, you should have come. :bootyshake: We will have to plan another get together. I am sure that many uutah events will take place over the years and I look forward to it. Good discussion tonight and some real passionate outdoor talk..... :popcorn:
